I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the customer service I received from the Smith Monitoring service tech, Chuck. During our scheduled appointment, my wife and I became aware our home builder had only installed the basic alarm setup. Not feeling confident with the current security arrangement, we had several questions about what could be done. Chuck took the time to answer any and all concerns we had and offered possible solutions. His thoroughness and explanation provided us with enough information to make an educated decision on what we felt would make our home more secure. Overall, he was polite, fair, and treated both us and our house with respect. Thanks to Chuck and his exemplary customer service, we could not be happier with choosing Smith Monitoring as our alarm service provider.
