The apartment wasn't great moving in- the previous tenant had smelly cats, and amonst other problems (it was basically surface-clean, but still needed a good cleaning). I moved in, and the owners completely changed. They started harassing me about noise and it wasn’t even me. The workers are rude and I think one of them was trying to watch me through the window. I moved out hoping to just get away from the place but more touble came. I didn't leave the apartment trashed or gross, but it did need a basic cleaning (ie a quick mop, not a hands and knees floor scrubbing) Considering that it took me a week to even get it into shape to move into, I thought that would be sufficient. I received a bill for close to a month's rent. Avoid anything with Cottages on Grant unless you enjoy stress.
