Kirk handled my DUI. He carefully explained to me that a defense I hoped to assert involving the circumstances of the alcohol test would not prevail. He then told me that given my low alchol test and my record,if I pled guilty the Judge would sentence me to Probation, five AA meetings, alcohol education classess and a fine. This is exactly what happened. I had great confidence that if I had an outside chance of winning, Kirk would be more than willing and able to go to trial. I am a former Assistant Public Defender who handled many DUI cases, misdemeanors and felonies. I highly recommend Kirk Naylor for Criminal Defense.
