I had a pipe burst in my downstairs bathroom overnight. Unable to fix it myself, I called Roto-Rooter around 9:30 and got amazing service. By 11:00 am Rob was at my door and working on my problem. This entailed cutting a hole in my downstairs bathroom celing to access the pipe for the upstairs tub that had ruptured. He was incredibly friendly, explained everything to me about the repair that needed to be done and the cost involved. He spent hours repairing the pipe, cleaning up the damage, and snaking my drains. I have never had a repair job done where the worker cleaned up all the mess. I didn't even have to mop the floor. The cost was reasonable, but the service was worth well over what I paid. Thank you for your courtesy, and your kindness. I will definately call Roto-Rooter if I need any plumbing services in the future.
