Review content:
Although the store was extreamly beautiful and the staff was very friendly the day I walked in to see how much it would cost to get my grandmothers wedding ring fixed they definently did NOT have good costumer service they had my ring for over 2 weeks and I never recieved any calls from them with a price even after I called on 3 differant days and was promised a call back the next day still nothing, finally I went back to the store to just pick up the ring and was horrified to find out they could not find the ring and were not sure what had happened to it luckly the next day they figured out were it was and I was able to pick it up but was never told they were sorry or for that matter never even given a price to fix it. Never the less I would think twice before dropping my jewerlery off at Jolly's.
