Review content:
The receptionist is horrible. She lost my appointment on a night when I had an event and did not apologize or do anything to make it up to me. Later, I left a message about the Bridal service and filled out the online form, but no one contacted me. I finally went in and the receptionist who handles the bridals on her lunch and too "busy." The owner claimed she didn't know much about her own shop's service and passed the message that the price was $340 when it is advertised online as $95 hair, $45 makeup. Apparently the $100 pre-bridal is mandatory, despite it not saying anything about this on their website. Who do they think they are charging that much??? Paul Mitchell himself?? They have lost a customer and an entire bridal party, along with mothers. Too bad because the hair stylists are good and the decor is nice. The customer service is too much to get past.
