Both my kids were misdiagnosed at their last appointments. My 1.5 yr old had a sinus infection and fever. They didn't notice, even though he had a runny nose, and I suggested that they check his temperature again because he was hot / flush. He had the sinus infection for TWO office visits also (several months). An ENT diagnosed it the following week. My oldest had a UTI. When I told Dr Simmons that she couldn't hold her pee for even 2 hrs, I was told that's 'normal' (its not!). She had all the symptoms of a UTI, but Dr Simmons never asked. When she started spontaneously bedwetting, I knew something was wrong. Dr Simmons just goes through a checklist at each appt. She doesn't address concerns, or THINK. It's just a place to go for vaccinations.
