Review content:
I remember when I first had Brown's chicken back as a kid in the 80s. Back then I thought chicken was chicken and my tastes buds hadn't matured to what they are now. So when I was watching tv one night on a fried chicken documentary, you bet I was hungry for some chicken. Now I didn't intentionally think of Brown's, but the place was on the way to my destination. So, I get there and ordered 2 pieces of chicken with their mushrooms which I remembered having long ago. Needless to say, nothing's changed, except for the edition of pastas. I take a bite and couldn't believe how incredibly tasteless the chicken was. I had to douse it hot sauce and pepper to make it taste like something. The mushrooms were over coated with whatever batter and the biscuit fell apart on contact. Instead of bringing back good memories of how I enjoyed chicken, it made future mental notes not to return. Call it my taste buds maturing or just losing its flare. But unless they update that recipe I'm staying away from "Bland's Chicken".
Cons: BLAND BLAND BLAND
