The good part is they came on time, were nice and replaced the ignitor.
The bad part was the service fee was $95 dollars, which is OK.
But the part, is $29.00 online. They charged me $203.00 for the exact same part. Which means they overcharged for the part by $174.00 !!!
That brings the "service" part of the experience for around a 30 minute labor, to about $269.00 !!!
That is on the line of being "ripped off" for a ignitor replacement on a furnace.
We are very unhappy with this company. We were willing to pay a fair price, undertanding that they have to earn a living and come out to your home... but the labor charge was already $95 there is no reason to overcharge for the part by that huge amount.
Pros: You pay for it, they fix it
