Beautiful, tastefully appointed in earthtones and textured fabrics, and comfortable. There is music on a very good sound system, and the sound of waterfalls, yet the acoustics are so well done that it was easy to hear everyone at a large table.
The ample wait staff was clearly proud of their restaurant and genuinely wanted you to enjoy it as much as they do. Our waitress was delightful, not at all officious, and genuinely cared if we were pleased.
Best appetizer: surf and turf tartar, crab cakes close second.The breads are baked fresh.The pulled pork was the best, but the sea bass was moist and delicious, and the steaks were tender and large. The floor to ceiling wine rack is part of the entertainment. The chocolate souffle was excellent too. Well worth the price.
