Review content:
For the longest time I've been wanting to highlight my hair but since my hair is very dark I was a bit scared. I went to capellos cuz i heard it was good. My stylist was very nice and helpful but didn't give me what I wanted. The first time I consulted with him he told me that he would do a t-bar on my head but convinced me not to go too light (even though i told him i wanted caramel highlights). The day of my appointment he did not remember me and decided to put highlights under my natural color instead. I was a bit skeptical but he told me it would look good. Unfortunately I gave in and was very disappointed. I told him to go lighter but he did not listen. As he was drying my hair it looked as though he didnt highlight my hair. I spent soo much money for my hair to look the same. No highlight, no dramatic new do, nothing!!! I wish I didnt take his advice.
Pros: nice, friendly, patient
Cons: Cheaper then most salons but not worth the money. Would have paid more money to get wut i wanted
