Review content:
I scheduled a "Feet First" treatment. I do not consider soaking feet in warm water, "massage" chairs and water basins to be an added bonus beyond a pedicure.
The woman who called the day before our appointments encouraged me to bring in our bib numbers for the race for a 20% discount. When I presented the bibs to the cashier who rang up my bill for the three treatments, I was told there was no such discount. A moment later I was told there was a discount only on one treatment service. She finally found someone who said the discount was in fact good on any spa service. The cashier was probably the most unfriendly person I encountered in four days of an otherwise nice vacation in Charleston. It was frankly embarassing for me to deal with this in front of my guests that I was treating to the treatments.
