DON'T USE THEM!!! Unless you're looking to rent a ruin because that's all they have listed. I ended up by finding a house on Craigslist, so I continued to call everyday for the 30 days so I could get a refund per our contract. They denied me a refund and provided me 5 dates they said I did not call the automated system. I told them that their system was not working and my calls were answered by a message telling me to try again later but even later my calls weren't getting through the automated system. I gave them copies of my phone bill as proof for the calls and they still refused to reimburse the $99 fee saying their system is error proof and that was my fault if my calls were not getting thru ****SCAM**** SCAM***SCAM***
