I had a great massage from Julie and the place was beautiful but they charged me $50 for rescheduling my appointment!!!!! I rescheduled, I did not just not show up or call! Also when I called to reschedule I was not informed that I was going to be charged a 50% cancellation fee!! So when I go to check out my gift card was short $50 and I had no idea why, what if I didn't have the money on me!! I can see if I didn't show them charging a fee but I didn't and the fee shouldn't be that high!! I called and talked to a manager and she just told me she was sorry I was upset and that is just their policy... Therefore I will never go in there again : (
