Just wanted to express my appreciation for helping with my AC issue. Your company was very professional and communication was excellent.
Erica did a great job of keeping my posted on the progress of my service specialist, in spite of being outside the originally suggested timeframe, Erica continually kept me up to date. Ed Rabb, Service Specialist, was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part within 5 minutes. Thanks to everyone at Yes!
