My experience with Frank was an exceptional one. I have heard of Frank Donnino for many years and have even received those inserts you get after having a baby. And, although I’ve “thought” of giving him a try, just surpassed it. But when the offer to do a free photo shoot for my son came up, I couldn’t resist. I thought “what can I lose”! As a mother of an overactive 6 year old, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, thinking the photo shoot would be a disaster, since you would need a lot of patience and time, which my son lacked. But I can’t even explain how OVER satisfied I was with the patience and involvement Frank had with my son. Even times I got a little frustrated with my son, Frank found ways to work with my son and still let my son’s personality show through the photos. And, the one thing I exceptionally liked with Frank was his passion for what he does. I was so excited when the photos were available to see and he even worked out a payment plan. I will say the packages are a bit high, but don’t let that scare you. And, as a single mother, I thought there’s no way I can afford these and I was going to pass on the opportunity of taking one of the packages, and just settle for the 1 free one. I just finished my last payment and should be receiving the pictures any day now. I’ve read reviews regarding Frank and his business that may have turned me a little uneasy. But do a little research and understand what you are getting into. If I didn’t do my research, I would probably feel the same as those who had negative feelings towards Frank. I recommend Frank for anyone, and I look forward to working with him again.
