recently bought a car suv and and found sales people not very enthusiastic about explaining about the vehicle while test driving, they do not return calls for questions after buying the car. their finance manager is focused on selling you anything instead of giving you proper information to help you decide what warranty package you will need just throw you bunch of non sense info to confuse instead. when you decide to cancel the extended service agreement he mysteriously lose your paper work and don't have no interest to help you out. I would definitely look around other dealers for better attitude.
