This is the worst I have dealt with. They do not respond to emails or return phone calls...the property manager avoids communications, I was told by the office manager that I needed to pay the credit check fee ($60.00) before they even answer any questions about a particular property; (simple questions as cleaning of dirty bird pooh windows, lawn care, and so forth). It must be a company that the staffs are poorly trained or it is bad leadership from the top down. But whatever the situation maybe, it is one of the worst company to deal with. I can only imagine if there was a maintenance issue that needed to be resolved how hard it will be to get in contact or even get a response from these people.
