Notice there are mostly negative posts of the approximate 30 reviews here. That just shows how many happy and or satisfied tenants they have who do not feel the need to get on here and complain. Yes the alarms have gone off a handful of times over the year I've lived here but is it better to complain about them not working during a fire or because they have falsly sounded' I would take the knowledge and comfort with that they work. Yes I've had issues with neighbors being loud and it took a few calls to get them taken care of but they do attempt to give every tenant a few chances. I have had a couple of issues with my AC/Heater but were they promptly fixed when a work order was called in...yes. There was a leasing agent who told me wrong information about increasing rates but fortunately she is gone. In retrospect, it's an apartment. There will be issues when dealing with a two building complex filled with hundreds of people. The customer service will make up for those miniscule issues. Remember, happy people are comfortable and quiet, negative people are unhappy and chaotic.
