I had the worst customer service experience at Waterworks of any establishment in all of Tallahassee! The owner was rude to my friends and me for absolutely no reason. He accused my friend of littering (we were actually picking up trash in the parking lot and looking for a can) and yelled at us (yes, actually yelled!) regarding a variety of other issues. We were quiet, polite guests, and I can't imagine why he thought he needed to approach us like troublemakers! I was excited about this being a potential hangout because the inside is smoke-free, but they treated us like crap and they won't be getting our business ever again.
