Review content:
The seat cushion failed on a six-month old leather chair purchased from Baker Brothers Furniture in Garland. After 27 phone calls, three trips of the chair back to the store, two visits to our home, required submission of pictures of a collapsed seat cushion??, and only four and a half months, the chair has been returned to us, still flawed.
