"Too often we take for granted as well as fail to appreciate and extend
adequate 'thank you' to those who serve us so well. Mike Bratton's State
Farm Insurance Agency employees have always been alert to our needs,
insurance or otherwise, patient, courteous at all times, eager to help as
well as prompt in returning phone calls. It has been especially appreciated
when certain requests we make create extra effort for your employees, the
pleasant, willing response to provide answers, service or provide best
possible solutions, seems to be a Mike Bratton employee Hall-Mark. Our
heartfelt thank you to Mike Bratton, and your employees, for providing
outstanding insurance requirements and assistance beyond, for these many
past years.
