This company may try to scam you on ebay, as they did to me.
I purchased items from them and they charged me $19.80 for S & H. However, upon receiving my order, I saw that they only paid $4.72 for shipping. I confronted them about this, and politely asked to be refunded the difference in shipping of just over $15. They refused to give me even a partial reimbursement of the difference in shipping, claiming that they were somehow entitled to keep $15.08 for "handling" when they only paid a total of $4.72 to ship the items to me.
Needless to say, I filed a case with ebay, won the case and was reimbursed.
I would recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company should look into taking their business elsewhere, especially on ebay. After my experience with Hephner TV, it is my honest opinion that this seller has demonstrated that they are not only incompetent as a seller, but that they are immoral and lack integrity.
