i have been to ciao bella half a dozen times now to see regina, my nail tech and hair stylist. i get so many compliments on my nails and hair!! i love the way regina focuses on beautifying me while we chat and share life experiences. i have been her customer for a couple of years and followed her to this salon. the salon itself is amazing! the decor is tantalizing--so much to see and feel; from purses, jewelry and clothes to one of a kind lamps and wall decor. there is a quiet and serene part of the salon where facials, massages and body wraps are done. melissa( an owner) has created a stylish and chic salon where i feel spoiled and pampered. once when i was getting my hair cut and colored, there were 5 or so other clients in the same room and the conversation flowed between us and the staff. there was an easy commraderie between all of us. from the sweetest gal who answers the phone to my personal favorites, regina and melissa--if you come to his remarkable establishment i hope you feel as blessed as i do to be a part of this family of beautifiers.
Pros: personal attention, quality results, lovely staff, beautiful surroundings
