Good: -both dentists are friendly, kind, and caring.
-They will squeeze you in for a same day appt if you have any problems or pain.
-They give you as much numbing stuff and shots as you want and try not to hurt you.
-Office staff is friendly.
-Huge magazine selection! (but you never wait very long so you dont get to read much). Bad: The female dental hygenist doesnt remove stains. She also sticks the metal thing between your teeth and twists it to clean. Once she did not remove the cleaning agent from my son's teeth.
The dentist is constantly wanting to drill new cavities. Never had so many cavities before case. After insisting my son get 5 cavities drilled we went for a second opinion, new dentist said my son had NO cavities. I think Case does unnecessary work on teeth. Perhaps their x-ray machine is too sensitive.. Improvements: dental hygenist should stop twisting the pointy medal thing between teeth.
Dentist should only drill cavities when really necessary.. Other: Case should accept more insurances.
Case office is clean and comfortable.
Case dentists are wonderful with children..
