Review content:
I visited this theatre today and had one of the WORST experiences of my life. The box office was closed and they were selling tickets at the concession stand; HOWEVER, there wasn’t a sign that said which line to use to buy one. After waiting about five minutes I discovered that I was in the wrong line and was sent to another. I asked to buy a ticket and some popcorn. I was told that I would have to go back to the line they sent me from to do THAT. I then asked to speak to the manager. After waiting about five more minutes I was approached by a woman that started the conversation with “what’s the problem?” in about the least courteous way possible. When I explained what happened her response was “well, we’re doing the best we can”. No apology for sending me back and forth like a pinball or any offer to expedite my buying a ticket so I wouldn’t miss the start of the movie. Frankly, this place just isn’t worth my time. The actual theaters are a DUMP! It’s almost impossible to find more than two seats in any row that are in usable condition. I think I’ll wait the extra two or three weeks until the movie comes out on DVD and avoid the headache.
