Review content:
When to rent a room and was told that I couldn't get one without a valid photo id. When I asked the unprofessional staff at the desk why she said I need a photo id. I continue asking her why and she told me I was rude and to leave. My question was never answered. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to come out. I asked for the 800# and they refused and gave me the local#. I would never step foot in that hotel again. I looked online and called the 800# and launched a complaint. The person that took my complaint said that they could asked and copy your driver's license if they want. For what I don't know. When to several better quality hotels before and never got my license
