Review content:
I find so much to enjoy at Vi Bacchus. It really isn't a typical sushi bar but a "new category" sake bar with some very choice appetizers. Enjoy the wonderful rolls. They are made by an artist and have sashimi grade fish inside and covering them. It is not the cut off ends and pieces made into roll spicy tuna poki you get elsewhere. Sometimes the pieces are too big! The appetizers are varied and well executed. You will find not so common menu items and many are most unusual for the West Coast sushi bar so try them at your leisure with Nigori (unfiltered) sake. Explore the uncommon tastes of Japanes finger food in a relaxing atmosphere for dinner time.
Pros: High quality small platters and appetizers to go with wine, Sake and spirits
Cons: Handles small groups well but not set up for large groups or busy nights
