Word of mouth is out on these cheats. Two different neighbors called Nat'l Appliance one for a refrigerator and the other for a washer repair. Both had issues with the poor customer service and felt overcharged. One neighbor reported unneeded parts installed while the other had to replace his washer after paying over $200 service that failed to fix the probelm.
