If you don?t want to be nickel-and-dimed when you move out, go on to the next listing on this site. As the words of the Regional Manager, Stephanie, ?we are a frugal company.? We got charged over $300 for what would be considered standard ?wear and tear? ?no excessive damage with nothing broken. And we were told this was the ?partial? cost ? like they were doing us a favor. The local/regional management is poor. You can?t get in touch with the actual owners to file a complaint because they?re located in Asia. Catherine, the Office Manager, is incompetent and just ?doesn?t get it.? Call and ask her who the management company is. She was unable to tell us her employer. And her manager I was told when I first spoke to her, was the President of the company. Nice. Not worth the aggravation. - From good tenants (with a horrible experience). Cons: Parking, car got broken into (twice), totally incompetent management/office manager
