These guys get a A+++ with me. Benchmark Residential Inspection (http://www.benchmarkresidential.com/) are worth every penny a thousand times! They do a thorough investigative job and I’d recommend them anytime!!! If you’re thinking of buying a house you need to check their reports first, then decide whether it’s worth gambling your hard earned money or not. No stone is left unturned in their final findings and I’m happy with their suggestions and recommendations they make in the end. They helped me save a ton of money and avoid unpleasant surprises on some home purchases in the past. Thanks to them I can spot immediately good deals from bad ones. Again many thanks!
