I arrived to find my storage unit had been cleaned out during Christmas! I had paid through the end of January. The staff was totally incompetent and had actually rented my unit to someone else. They had given me the wrong unit number to start. They had no idea where my stuff was, and according to PS, my belongings were either stolen or sold as "abandoned goods." There aren't any working security cameras installed. The exterior building doors don't close automatically (open doors everywhere in the facility). It's a litany of B.S. I filed a police report and may take them to Small Claims. It's not about the money--it's the principle. I lost irreplaceable artwork, journals, photographs, Christmas ornaments, and my college portfolio. You can't put a price tag on that. I feel totally violated and can safely say DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FRAUDS.
