Businiess name:  Ed Napleton Jupiter Dodge
Review by:  E.L. K.
Review content:
I had the WORST sales experience when buying my last car! In 1997 I bought a mini-van from Jupiter Dodge and when it was time to get a new one, I thought I would return. Little did I know that it was bought by Ed Napleton. A few of the sales people remained, as I was able to recognize them, however I did not go through them. The sales person to approach me first was a young guy, kind of pushy. I told him what I was interested in and when we agreed on a price, I called my daughter to ask her opinion. To make a long story short, I over heard the sales rep. and other co-workers making fun of me (my English is not great--I'm getting help writing these!) outside the office I was in. I confronted them and started to storm out of the showroom, when the manager intervened. Luckily for the sales reps, the manager knew what to say to get me to stay and buy the car. If my car needs servicing I have my daughter take it in.
