I've lived in the Houston area for years now, but I never visited the zoo until my sister came to visit. We made a half day out of it, and we had a blast. We saw the new house exhibits, and we took our time walking around the zoo. We ate at the cafe that was located near the entrance to re-energize ourselves for a few more hours of fun.
