I hired them and I mentioned over the phone that I have a big couch that could not go in through the door! When guys came they did a great job...they were really strong....just 2 guys handled my big couch and hoisted it through the balcony...it was really amazing, me and my daughter were shocked how professional and strong they were! I would recommend those guys to everyone; they were really caring even over the phone!
