"Traci and her team are the utmost in professionalism. She was the first insurance professional to help me understand the purpose of each policy and the appropriate amount of coverage. She takes a proactive approach, annually reviewing my policies and recommending changes that might be a better fit for our evolving lifestyle.
In 2010, my car was stolen and I filed a claim. Her office was responsive, professional and helped us understand exactly what we could expect. After a required 30 day waiting period to ensure the car wasn't recovered, we received our check within 3 business days for an amount that was exceptionally fair.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance service and recommend her to anyone looking for help. She's an expert and true advocate for her clients."
