Good: I liked the hello kitty foot spa!. Bad: I didn't like the way I was treated by Peter (owner), he was very RUDE to me the whole time I was there from the time he started doing my nails, I mean he didn't even finish putting polish on me,nor did he grab my purse & escort me over to the dryer like they usually do, I had to do it myself & ended up smudging my polish not to mention that it ruined my 3,200.00 gucci hand bag!!! He at one point yelled at me to WAKE UP because I was tired! (while I was washing my hands). Improvements: I would like to see Peter (owner) treat us customers with respect & not growl at us especially when we didn't do anything wrong, It aint our fault you hate your job!!! after all aren't we the reason your in business???. Other: I came in to relax after spending three consectutive days in the hospital so I didn't need any more stress on my plate, well Peter helped add to my stress, how unprofessional, leave your baggage at home Peter!!!.
