I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me when I was a grad student at CU. The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point but as someone who tries to be eco-friendly and conserve resources I wonder if I wasn't paying for the excess of my neighbors.I never had any need to contact BPM during my stay at the apartment since everything was fairly well taken care of.
