Review content:
Bad: Jon (the owner?) promised my painting would be framed in 9-10 days. When I sent an email to check on the status of my order on Day 9, I received a response reprimanding me for disturbing him: “You really confused me and set me back today. I run a simple process. I call the customer when done. That is the way my procedure works each and every time with each and every client.” I was stunned. When I called on Day 10, he was verbally abusive & told me to pick up my painting. It was NOT framed.. Other: I consider myself fortunate to have my painting returned undamaged & my deposit refunded. But as we were leaving the store, the proprietor went so far as to try to pick a fight with my husband, challenging him to “step outside!” He followed us out and attempted to intimidate my husband verbally & physically! When my husband didn't back down, or take the bait of the insults that the proprietor addressed towards me – he stormed back into his shop. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere!.
