PLEASE do not believe the lies and excuses from Ernie of Avatar Glass. He will take your money and find any excuse in the book as to why he doesn't do the work, or "problems" that have arisen so the work is delayed, so on and so forth. First the lies, then no return phone calls, and meanwhile our hard-earned money is given to someone who just does not produce the work promised. This has to be stopped. Has anyone taken legal action? I think if enough of us on here get together, there will be a stop put to this theft of our money, which is criminal. I don't see how ANYONE can run a business in such a manner. There is no respect or regard for the customer and their finances. This has to stop. Please do not trust this man.
