We had a pleasant shopping experience for a new vehicle at CommonWealth Honda in Lawrence, MA. We purchased a 2011 Honda Accord V6. They did not have the one on the lot I wanted but they were able to find exactly what I requested. We never felt pressured at all. Andre Willis (Sales Manager) was very polite and professional. I had prices from 4 other dealerships that did not match Commonwealths. I did have one issue that required me to visit the service department. Mark Dunin a service advisor was exceptional in resolving the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience an easy one. He wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied and answered all my questions. I definitely give Mark Dunin an A+. The attention to customer service is exceptional. We would certainly recommend CommonWealth Honda to anyone.
