I disagree totally with the negative comment. Dwight and his staff are a pleasure to work with and will do whatever necessary to please their hard-earned customers. You don't stay in business as long as they have otherwise. Their service is second to none and the selection can't be beat by anyone. Every store offers diamonds of all qualities to meet the needs of the individual buyer, so if you bought a diamond that was not perfect, it is what you chose. I know they also carry very high quality diamonds of all sizes, so the last person's post is inaccurate. I can promise that Dwight wasn't making it "right", but more trying to make you happy. Dwight always does things right, so there is no need for him to make it "right". American Jewelry will also take care of you for a lifetime, I can attest to that. The negative post from KB is inaccurate and not justified. I hope the truth helps you with your purchasing
