I had nothing less than a perfect experience working with Sara. I'd been itching to get out of my current apartment, so I started my search for a new place well in advance. Unlike most other apartment locators who more or less blew me off when they realized I wouldn't be moving for a few months, Sara took the time to give me an idea of apartments in my price range and in my preferred parts of town. She had all sorts of great suggestions for saving money in the long run, like considering moving at the end of July before rent prices skyrocket in August.
When the time came to actually look at places, Sara spent an entire Saturday afternoon showing me apartment after apartment, until I found not just ONE perfect apartment, but TWO perfect apartments. However, the advantage of looking at places on a Saturday? At least I had over 24 hours to think things over and choose a place so I could still take advantage of a normally 24-hour look & lease special. That gave me plenty of time to create a way-too-specific and colorful pro-con list, complete with calculations, using Microsoft Excel. I hate admitting that my deciding factor between my two perfect apartments is the fact that I ultimately couldn't leave S. Austin for N. Austin. I've become one of those notorious S. Austinites who considers anything north of downtown as S. Dallas.
I also want Sara to be my interior decorator. If you're stumped on how to arrange things in a particular floorplan, Sara can give you some terrific tips where to put things. She can also give you ideas on where to find furniture and decor. Seriously, now not only do I have the perfect apartment, but also plenty of perfect ideas on how to decorate and furnish. I had such a great time running all over town looking for apartments with Sara. A+ and Sara are amazing and awesome.
