So, I woke up early with my home at 58 degrees. I called the number listed on my equipment, The Cooler Company. It was not during the normal business hours, it was 5am. I had Steve at my house before my children were waking for school. It was a part that had gone out on my furnace, and the part was replaced that same day. It is so reassuring to know that others considered my emergency thier problem. I would recommend this company to all who want competent and efficient service when you need it the most, after-hours!!!
