I called Amazing Heating and A/C on a Friday in early June for a preventive maintenance checkup. Figured they'd tell me "no availability till mid-July" -- but they were able to come out at 7 a.m. the following Monday! Anthony, the service tech, was early, even though it was his first appointment -- but he waited patiently in the truck until just after 7. He was quick, thorough, and explained all the services performed. Luckily my A/C unit and furnace are operating great -- but I'm glad that they install and service Carrier, Trane and Lennox, as well as lesser known brands like Rheem/Ruud. So glad I found a reliable, honest company, and I had no problem signing a service contract with Amazing. When my system needs replacement I know who I'll be calling!
