My wife and went to buca with high hopes. the first thing we see is a waiter spilling a large soft drink into a customers lap. The only thing the waiter offered to compensate the patron was to pay for his soda!
We ordered a family platter for two. The salad Caprese was bad, green tomatoes, the "fresh" mozzerella was fresh about two weeks ago and when we asked for some olive oil you might have thought we asked for the royal jewels.
The platter arrived with the pasta dishes so over baked they were hard as a rock.
The waiter(same one as the soda) was insolent and down right rude. I asked for a manager and was told that there were not any managers available.
my wife and I will never set foot there again
