From their website, we knew it would be expensive, but we figured there would be a great experience. WRONG! Great food, awful service, very expensive.
We made a reservation for Friday night, to attend with out-of-town guests. We walked into an empty room, that WAS the East Room. In this empty room (2 other parties arrived during our 2 hour stay!), we had to continually wait to be served - apparently the staff had many other things to attend to (but I'm not sure what!)
The waiter gave us the specials, reading them off of a card. When we asked a couple of questions, he did not know the answer, claiming he was only part-time (so, for the money we planning to spend, go find out!).
We waited a long time in between each course. It took over ten minutes from the time we placed our first drink order for it to be brought to the table (there were only 4 of us!) Bread was not brought out for another ten minutes. We waited a long time for salad, the entrees, and even the check after we asked for it!
What I will say is that the food was very good. We all had something different (Seafood platter, Sea Bass, Lamb Chops, Roast Duck), and they were all very good. However, I cannot recommend the place with the service that was provided. There are many other places that provide excellent food, with a much lower price tag.
