Review content:
Please read every review in the last 6 months. It appears that we are not alone. Something has obviously changed at this place. I do not feel that my previous review was unfair. Everything I said was factual. Therefore, it is not slander. The bartender you mention may be the bartender in the downstairs bar. He was working very hard, and I tipped him well for his service. I spoke (kindly, mind you) with many of the employees that evening, and they were as upset as the patrons because upon the employees everybody was taking out their frustrations. We gave the bar a chance to regain our confidence in hosting another event in which several (at least 50) of the discontened NYE party-goers would attend. It was a drink special that other bars downtown duplicate because of our repeat business as young professionals. Their refusal to host ensures that none of us will ever go there again. Marketing 101: Happy customers will tell 2-3 people about their experience. Unhappy customers will tell 9-10. All of us plan to tell much more than 9-10. Pros: Location Cons: Absolute Thumbs down
