I must defend Lisa Fresa! I moved to Phx from San Diego (still wondering why) and my fab stylist was left behind. Since then I have struggled to find a new stylist I liked and trusted. Last weekend I spotted a woman working at Nordstrom, I loved her hair and asked her who does it. She gave me Lisa's card. I googled Lisa and found the negative report that was left about her. This worried me but I took the risk and booked an appointment. I arrived early and they took care of me right away. Lisa was incredibly sweet and she listened as well as offered opinions. I left with a great cut and color. That was yesterday. Last night and today I have already had numerous compliments about my new "look". I am very happy and would recommend her to anyone.
Pros: parking, beverages while you wait, good magazines, nice staff, not pretentious
