I've been a client at Capristo for several years now after discovering the talented Breanne Kochmanski. I can't tell you enough how much I've come to love Capristo and Breanne. In my time living in Pittsburgh before discovering Capristo, I had been to so many salons in Shadyside and other parts of Pittsburgh that just never felt right. The atmosphere was often pretentious and uncomfortable and hair stylists not as talented as their salons would like you to believe. Capristo is the exact opposite. What you have created is so unique and refreshing. You are a high-end salon that truly delivers in every way. The atmosphere is so unbelievably friendly and genuine and everyone - from your stylists to the staff working at the front of the salon checking people in and out - goes out of their way to make clients feel comfortable.
Breanne is truly the most talented stylist I have ever been to. From the very first visit to Breanne through my visits today, Breanne always makes it a point to listen to me to make sure she understands what I'm looking for in cut and color and executes perfectly every single time. Breanne is thoughtful regarding both today's color trends and cuts and what is most flattering on me as it relates to skin coloring and personal style. She takes her time, offers suggestions and explains styling concepts and I am so appreciative of the fact that in my time with Breanne, I am her focus and there are not two other clients she is working on. On top of her talent, Breanne's sense of humor and kindness also shines through. I truly can't thank the management, Breanne and your other stylists enough for being such an incredible team and group of people. Thank you for being so genuine and not creating a business model where you are selling an image. What you offer are high-quality salon services from a talented staff who are great people on top of everything else. Please never change. Your salon is a breath of fresh air and I don't know what I'd do without Capristo or Breanne.
